Now, I’m not gonna make one of those long and boring videos, I will just tell you my story, what worked for me and my weight loss recommendations about your Daily calories needed for shedding pounds at a fast rate.
A few years ago, I decided to lose weight and get in shape. I was around 200 pounds and a size 16. I hated my body, I didn’t have a clue about how many calories to eat daily. I was just miserable and frightened to look in the mirror.
So I went through some struggles, I spent a lot of time researching and with the help of a weight loss coach, I created a plan and started to follow it. In 4 and half months I lost 70 pounds.
So, here’s what I did. Remember: it’s all about how many calories you eat a day…
1. Every morning I used to do an intense workout on my empty stomach.
2. I used to drink 3 liters of water each day.
3. I ate a 1300 calories a day diet, based on protein and fresh veggies. There were 5 – 6 meals a day and I was simply avoiding sweets and soda, even juice.
4. Every Sunday, I was eating everything I wanted, and what was strange was the fact that after a while, even on Sundays I started to eat healthy food
5. Very important: no carbs 4-5 hours before going to bed, not even fruit.
