Most people are shocked by the amount I eat in a day. And yet I have taken off almost 300 lbs! Everything I eat is carefully chosen for its nutrient content: Greens for fiber, minerals, and phytonutrients. They are the least calories and the most nutrition of any food. Beans with all their protein, fiber, beta glucan, anti-oxidants, and blood sugar regulating, micro-biome feeding resistant starch goodness. Garlic and onions to reduce cholesterol, kill cancer, and be anti-fungal and anti-viral. Tomatoes for lycopene and carrots for beta carotene…flaxseeds for lignans and cancer fighting properties. You get the picture! I eat for fuel not for fun, but luckily, my food is fresh and delicious and let’s me eat like a queen while I take off all the weight.

So reverse your post-binge appetite by eating normal and healthy portions of low-calorie, high-fiber foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Why? They’ll keep those receptors satisfied, you will feel more full and you will not crave other high-calorie high blood sugar level causing pies and sweets…
Take your friend, or a phone-talking gossip session on a longer walk.
Instead of catching up with friends over cocktails, suggest a reunion on the move—you’re likely to work out 104% harder if you have an exercise buddy. That has been proven! After all walking is a basic form of cardio exercise which stimulates fat burn and a better calorie intake. Try it weekly if not every other day, or form a friendly fitness club. You’ll motivate a lot of people to start moving, because bit by bit will take you to your destination in weight loss.
Start eating or drinking soups!
Researchers found that eating or drinking a bowl of low-calorie soup before lunch or dinner can cut your calorie intake by 20% for that meal. So it does make a difference.

If you want to lose a small amount of weight quickly, you should do so effectively and safely, no matter your reason for wanting to shed pounds. However, you can safely shed weight from retained water and waste, and lose 5 lbs. (2.3 kg) or more within one day. Be aware, though, that this process cannot be safely repeated for more than one day (i.e. you cannot safely lose 15 pounds in three days), and the weight that you lose in one day is likely to return quickly. It is smart to maintain a healthy body weight, and weight loss should be combined with long-term lifestyle changes, like eating healthy and exercising.
