Lose Weight Persistently – How To Stay Motivated Every Day

I found this video and I thought I’d share it because I think they offer some good, simple and realistic methods on how to stay motivated. It makes you ask yourself the question “WHY am I doing this”? Does the person on the outside match the person on the inside? And if not it’s time to do something about it. Because this IS something you can accomplish. It may or may not be a pound a day, but it doesn’t matter. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Doing something is better than doing nothing.

You may be curious about exercise, holistic health, supplements, mind body and spirit health. Whatever curiosities or whatever reasons you have for wanting to lose weight, slim down, tone up, eat healthy, I hope this video gives you the tools to stay motivated enough to get at it, and stay at it!
